    • The Defiant EV3 Electric RoadsterTM is a hardtop/convertible with seating for three people. It has a Passive Head-on Crash Avoidance DesignTM.  The battery is 1/4th the size of a typical EV battery and it's strategically located to allow easy access. The battery provides an ultralow center of gravity for superior stability, even under adverse driving conditions. The Roadster's standard battery has about a 100 mile range and recharges from a standard 120-volt outlet in about 8 hours, providing a daily range of up tp 200 miles all this for about half the average price of a typlical electric car!

    Other Shockwave Motors EV's include the production ready ViperX Electric Sand Rail Dune Buggy TM and the Draco Sports TrikeTM.

    Our ground-up design, and tubular steel construction gives us a lightweight and strong chassis with race car like passenger protection. The Roadster has seat belts, shoulder harnesses, and front and rear crumple zones. The ultralow center of gravity provides a smooth and stable ride, even under adverse weather conditions.

    Our electric roadster is manufactured in the United States, from quality parts sourced worldwide. The Roadster is designed for the daily commuter and has seating for three with a top speed of over 70 MPH.

    The standard battery configuration provides a single charge range of up to 100 miles and a daily range of up to 200 miles, with an 8 hour charge from a standard 120-volt outlet.

    The roadster is priced at $24,950 before Federal electric vehicle tax incentives are applied. State incentives may also be available.

    The ViperX Electric Sand Rail Dune Buggy TM has reinforced, tubular steel space frame construction providing a lightweight and strong chassis with a fully enclosed, racecar like, roll bar protection system. The ViprX also has seat belts and shoulder harnesses. There is also a secure storage area.

    The ViperX is manufactured in the United States from quality parts sourced worldwide and is designed for the daily commute as well cruising country roads for fun and excitement. It has seating for two and the powerful rear Hub Motor provides a top speed of about 90 MPH.

    The standard battery configuration provides a single charge range of up to 125 miles and a daily range of up to 2500 miles, with a 9 hour charge from a standard 120-volt outlet. Level II charging is an option.
